As part of the sponsorship agreement signed last October between Groupe Guicopres and the Guinean Football Federation, Groupe Guicopres handed over a substantial donation of sports equipment to the Guinean referees’ guild in the presence of the Conor’s deputy president and …. on Friday January 20.
The equipment donation consisted of :
– 51 sets of blue referee shirts,
– 51 sets of yellow referee shirts,
– 51 sets of red referee shirts,
– 51 sets of blue tracksuits, 51 sets of yellow tracksuits,
– 200 Fox 40 whistles;
– 200 sets of referee cards (yellow and red),
– 16 complete sets of referee communication headsets,
– 8 electronic and
– 8 manual change panels.
In his speech, Mr. Cissé, Deputy Managing Director of the Guicopres Group, warmly congratulated and thanked the President of the Transition, the Head of State Colonel Mamady DOUMBOUYA, to whom we pay a vibrant tribute for the recovery of our country, and the Guinean government for its dynamism under his enlightened leadership.
He also thanked all the personalities who had contributed in any way to the qualification of our country’s refereeing body, as well as the President of CONOR and the members of the Feguifoot board.
To the beneficiaries of this modest gesture, the Chairman and Managing Director, through his Deputy Managing Director, expressed his WISHES that he would bring them every success in the management of Guinean sport in general and soccer in particular.
Finally, the Conor vice-president and the referees’ association representative thanked the Guicopres Group chairman for all his efforts to boost Guinean soccer.
