THE GUICOPRES GROUP, true to its constant drive to improve its operational capabilities, has just equipped its subsidiary GUICOPRES BTP with an impressive array of over 400 state-of-the-art machines and equipment to support the execution of its works.
This new step towards operational excellence testifies to the company’s ongoing commitment to providing high-quality roads, structures, buildings and services, while optimizing efficiency and safety on worksites, to the delight of its customers and the people of Guinea.
As a corporate citizen, GUICOPRES BTP, in partnership with GUITER S.A and BEGEC S.A, is responding to the CNRD government’s desire to provide our country with modern infrastructure as part of its priority projects.
The new equipment has been carefully selected to meet the specific needs of projects such as
o Asphalting the roads of four towns in Middle Guinea: Tougué (9.50 km), Lelouma (9.50 km), Mali (17.10 km), Koubia (9.30 km);
o Construction of a 2 x 2 lane expressway between the Kagbelen crossroads and the Kouria sub-prefecture; Reconstruction and asphalting of the RN6 Kissidougou – Kankan; and Development and asphalting of the RN23 between Boké and Gaoual with partners GUITER and BEGEC.
o Construction and asphalting of 36 km of roads in Ratoma Commune.
Thanks to its solid financial partners such as BSIC, VISTABANK, BPI FRANCE and CFAO, GUICOPRES BTP is proud to invest in modern equipment that will not only improve its productivity, Quality and compliance with its contractual deadlines.
Among the equipment delivered during this first phase are bulldozers, excavators, loaders, backhoe loaders, compactors, trucks, as well as a concrete mixing plant and an asphalt mixing plant.
